HOW I GOT HERE

Before I embarked into private practice, before I went to graduate school, and before I became a registered nurse, I was an Idaho girl who was raised by a Psychologist and a cowboy.

I believe that each person has the ability to shape their own life and create a fulfilling, happy existence. Through therapy, self-reflection, and education, I want to help individuals discover their true selves and learn how to make choices that align with their values and goals.

I am passionate about alternative techniques, such as psychedelic medicine, as a tool to facilitate personal growth and healing. I also understand the importance of traditional psychiatry and am trained in various evidence-based therapies.

I am dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for my clients, where they can feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in the power of connection and building a therapeutic relationship that is based on trust, empathy, and understanding.

Together, let's work towards a life worth living and discovering your true potential.

I KNOW THAT YOU CAN CREATE A LIFE WORTH LIVING IF YOU'RE WILLING TO WORK FOR IT. I'D LIKE TO HELP.

My life's mission is to help others learn about their true potential and to control their thoughts, emotions, and to make better choices. It is our own choices that shape our identity. Whom do you want to be?
